Bradley classes offer a relaxed, supportive environment where you can learn the ins and outs of pregnancy and birth from the instructor as well as the other parents-to-be. The emphasis on the normalcy of birth and parents as active agents in labor and delivery helps remove the anxiety and stress surrounding birth. At the end of it, you’re empowered with information and confidence in your body.
